In the spirit of the platform itself — accountable and transparent — here are the third-party services we rely on to operate the application and process data, what each one does, and how your data is handled.

How data is handled
- Single-tenant by design. Each customer's data lives in its own isolated database — no shared multi-tenant store.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS; the database provider encrypts stored data at rest.
- AI is bounded and audited. AI features only ever receive data you're entitled to see, every call is recorded, and the system falls back to a deterministic engine when AI is off or over budget.
- AI inputs are not used to train models. Data submitted to Anthropic via its API is not used to train its models, per Anthropic's commercial API terms.
- We don't sell your data.
